Hair Care Set - Shampoo/Conditioner & Hair Bar soap - Rice Water Ferment

After given birth to my son in September. I started losing my hair a lot. I know it has to do a lot with postpartum hair loss. However, after using most of @ Dee Thao products I noticed that all her products worked very well on me. And I love them all. When I heard about her Dee Thao shampoo set I was so happy to give it a try and couldn’t wait to use your products.
Started using the shampoo set on 2/10/2024. I have fine hair and a little of both dry to oily hair and I dye my hair from time to time. Some days my hair olily and some days it dry. After a week I notice my hair didn’t get the oily or dryness. My hair feels so nice, soft, smell so good not to fragrant and look much healthier. The bar smells so good love the lavender, it’s bubbly and it doesn’t have the dry texture after showering and that it’s organic. The shampoo I didn’t have to use so much, good on the amount of pumps, smells refreshing and feels so clean. The conditioner is soft light textured not too light or creamy. Smells very nice and it doesn’t have a strong smell which I like a lot. It makes my hair feel silky and shiny. Makes me feel like those hair models where they swing their hair left and right all day long lol. Over all I love love love love her shampoo set. It works great on me. I love it so much that my daughter, who is 17, notice how good my hair smells, feel and look that see wanted to know what I was using. So of course I bought her a set and she loves it. She has oily and thin hair. She normally uses those expensive bottles from ulta. She stopped using the other brand and is only using sister Dee Thao’s shampoo set. She said she loves it and she even notice that her hair look and feel much thicker and longer. She’s already giving me the heads up to purchase another set lol.

My hair type:
I have dry scalp, frizzy straight hair, and thick hair. My hair type do not last long under heat curls and it weigh down so it’s hard to have volume on top. I DO NOT wash my hair everyday. It’s either every other day or 3 days. My hair tends to get really frizzy if I washed my hair everyday. If I do have to shower again the next day, I only apply and washed with the conditioner to my ends to keep them nourished and stop the frizz.

Packaging:
Love the packaging! Easy to use and I personally love the pump method for sanitation and convenience.

Price:
I bought this set at $65 for 3 products during the opening deal. It may seem pricey for many but it’s actually price point at the ingredients, packaging, volume, and label details. Compared to other Hmong products that are in the same category, it is reasonable for the amount and ingredients used. If you have used others, you will know this is actually a better deal bundle for 3 products. Both Shampoo and Conditioner are 500 ml each!!! While some are from 150-300 ml only!

Overall usage:
So far, I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for a month. I really like this set combo so far. What I did find improvement on is my scalp doesn’t have anymore acne and it doesn’t feel itchy anymore. My hair has less fall out than before. I do notice my hair is much more healthier looking and less tangled.

For better hair results, I do recommend you to drink your collagen/ eat your hair vitamin and eat a balanced clean meal.

Shampoo— The shampoo scent is my favorite!!! I love how it’s gentle on my scalp and clean my hair really well. I do used 2 pumps because I have a lot of hair. So far, I did not have an issue with it drying out my scalp.

Conditioner— The scent is decent. I wished it was the same scent as the shampoo though 😁 I followed the instructions on the label, leave it on for 5-10 minutes. The conditioner feels nice and smooth afterwards. I do recommend you to still used your hair oil treatment after your hair is air dried and if you have frizzy hair like mine.

Lavender shampoo bar— the sent is nice and calming 😊 I personally do not used the lavender shampoo bar because it is a deep clean. I do have dry scalp so I only use it if it’s a hot day or if it’s necessary. Otherwise I don’t plan on using it on the daily basis. However, I did try it out with the whole set and it does not over dry my scalp or cause any problems. It foamed really well which I love! Like I mentioned, to me, it was not necessary. I did give it to my husband to use since his hair is more oily.
